Did you turn off all your non-essential power from 8:30-9:30pm on Saturday, March 27th? A few thousand people did as they came down to enjoy the free Earth Hour Music Festival outside the Barrie City Hall on Saturday night.
I volunteered my services to this event promoting awareness of power conservation and took in the fantastic musical performances along with the rest of the enthusiastic crowd. I was really amazed by the musical talent that hit the stage and had a great time capturing over 1500 images of the show. An extensive gallery will eventually be available at the
Barrie Earth Hour website but here's a sneak peek at a few of my faves from the night.
